Vous pourrez apprécier le mariage des mets alliant authenticité et raffinement du chef Olivier Oddos avec 6 champagnes de la maison Pommery, dont notamment la Cuvée Louise 1999, cuvée Prestige de cette dernière.

Chef Olivier has decided, for the first time, to combine his cuisine with famous Bordeaux wines and famous Japanese Sake.

This attractive challenge will allowed you to enjoy the meeting between France and Japan around an excellent dinner.

Guided during the full dinner, you will discover the surprising marriage between French cuisine and sublime Japanese sake.

The wine and sake combination served with each dishes will allowed you to compare both drinks and to discover their fine subtlety.

さわやかな秋の陽気を感じる季節となりました。皆様、いかがお過ごしですか?

去る9月7日、シェ オリビエは5周年を迎えました。

昨年はミシュランの1つ星を頂けるなど、一歩一歩成長出来ているのかなと感じております。

これもひとえに、当店をご利用いただいている皆様のお陰と、深く御礼申し上げます。

まだまだこれからも皆様に満足頂けるようスタッフ一同頑張って参りますので、これからもどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

なんと今回はワインとのマリアージュだけではなく、日本酒もテーマにシェ オリビエのお料理をお楽しみ頂きます。

日本酒は知る人ぞ知る仙台の酒蔵「勝山」のお酒です。甘口ワインにも通ずる、フルーティーで深い味わいにオリビエもすぐにお料理のアイディアが浮かんだそうです。
