This star has been the fruit of Chez Olivier’s restaurant’s teamwork as well as the reward of your faithfulness and your confidence since the beginning.

◆ Christmas Menu
On Saturday December 21st, Sunday December 22nd and Monday December 23rd we will propose for lunch a ¥8000 set menu only.
and for dinner a ¥10 000 set menu only (+10% service charge).
On Tuesday 24th December and Wednesday 25th December we will propose Chez Olivier menus and the Christmas menu.
l Dishes written with (L) will be served for lunch as well

Sea urchin, marinated scallop with yuzu, Ossetra caviar and « Cabose » citrus
Breaded duck foie gras with truffle toped on a truffle macaroon
Chantilly cream flavoured with a fresh grape juice syrup (L)
Roasted lobster flavoured with Madagascar’s vanilla, red kuri squash flavoured with kumquat (L)
A butter and saffron sauce
Venison sirloin marinated in red wine,
potatoes and truffle pie

Pear and wasabi sherbet
Traditional Yule log made with « Valrhona » Opalys white chocolate, lime, pear, peach, apricot and anise (L)

◆ New year’s holiday
“Chez Olivier” restaurant will be closed from Tuesday January 1st until Monday January 6th included.
The restaurant will re-open on Tuesday January 7th only for dinner.
